Innovation Committee of the International Federation of Powder Detection
and Control. Member of Scientific Technical Committee of International
Association of Experts for Industrial Explosion Protection (STC, INDEX).
Member of the second dust explosion prevention sub-technical committee
of the National Work Safety Standardization Technical Committee. Expert
member of the fire and explosion protection working group of the
National Technical Committee for Standardization of Machinery Safety.
Graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Poland, with a doctor's
degree. He worked as a visiting scholar at the Research Center for
Applied System Safety and Industrial Medicine (FSA) in Mannheim,
Germany, in 1997, 1999 and 2000. From September 2002 to August 2003, he
worked as a visiting scholar in the Institute of Aerospace
Thermodynamics of the University of Stuttgart for one year. Main
research directions: dust explosion prevention, gas explosion
prevention, safety assessment, environmental information system and
mathematical model, air and water pollution control. As the person in
charge, he has presided over and completed more than 30 projects of
National Natural Science Foundation, Liaoning Provincial Fund, Jiangsu
Provincial Fund and horizontal scientific research projects, and is a
well-known scholar in the field of dust explosion prevention.
